When supporting employees with settlement agreements – your employer’s fee contribution meets our fees, so you will not be out-of-pocket*

We will discuss and agree the best value solution for your needs, including:
- project-based fixed costs, to give you certainty in any particular case or project
- pay-as-you-go – our standard hourly rate is £300 plus VAT
- monthly subscription offering fixed-cost, prepaid support that rolls forward for as long as a subscription remains active – cancel or change your subscription at any time

* Our settlement agreement support will almost always be at no cost to you as we aim to cap our fees at your employer’s contribution. In exceptional circumstances, if their contribution is very low, or your agreement is very complex, we will let you know straight away and you will never incur any fees unless we have agreed it in advance.
